Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Glossula is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@glossula.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
