We want you to love every product you receive from Glossula. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Not a final sale or clearly marked non-returnable item
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Contact Us
Email info@glossula.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Instructions
We'll send you return instructions and a confirmation within 1–2 business days.
Ship the Item Back
Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Issued
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please email us at info@glossula.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
